Brighton-Thornton Real Estate Market Report YTD October 2019
Brighton-Thornton Real Estate YTD October 2019 and Market Outlook
Read about the Brighton-Thornton Real Estate Market Report YTD October 2019 here! Thornton-Brighton Area home prices are up – Year to date through October 2019 average sales price, price per square foot and days on market were up in the northeast metro market. The number of homes sold was down as were interest rates.
In 2019, homebuyers and sellers are having a much different experience than their neighbors did last year. In 2018 sellers were listing their homes on Saturday and reviewing offers on Monday. This year sellers are making price adjustments as they try to find the right price to entice buyers to make an offer.
The good news for buyers that this slightly slower paced market gives them options. They can compare a number of homes on the same day rather than seeing homes one at a time as they come to the market. Lower interest rates are improving their buying power.
2019 has been a year of many changes in the marketplace from the first quarter to the last. Looking forward to keeping you informed about the many changes that will continue to come.
Wishing you all a blessed Thanksgiving!
